Joseph
Skarzenski is one of the founders of OFI and has been its
President since its inception. He is also the Chairman of the
Boards of GP Directors, Fund Trustees and Trustees of the Trust.
Mr. Skarzenski started his career in the engineering
department at E.B. Eddy. Prior to the start-up of Ottawa
Fibre Inc., Mr. Skarzenski owned and managed several other
companies related to the insulation and construction industry.
John Crow

John Crow is a consultant and corporate director. Mr. Crow
is the President of J&R Crow Inc. (economic and financial
consultants) and serves on the boards of several public and
private entities and other organizations, including Placer Dome
Inc., Rockwater Capital Corporation, High Income Principal and
Yield Corporation, High Income Preferred Shares Corporation,
Coastal Income Corporation, Canadian Tire Bank, Lawrence
Enterprise Fund, and Arts for Children of Toronto. Mr. Crow holds
a B.A. in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Oxford
University. After graduating, Mr. Crow joined the
International Monetary Fund where he spent 12 years. In
1973, he joined the Bank of Canada where he was appointed
Governor in 1987. In 1993, he was elected Chairperson of the
central bank governors of the Group of Ten Countries, a position
he relinquished when his term as Governor ended.

Catherine Skarzenski holds
an MBA from the University of Ottawa. Ms. Skarzenski joined
OFI in 1999 and oversees finance, accounting, payroll, legal
affairs, information technology and investor relations. Before
joining OFI, she worked approximately 16 years as Project
Manager in several engineering consulting firms including
SNC-Lavalin and Tecsult Inc. Her last position before joining OFI
was as Project Controls Manager for Fenco MacLaren (SNC-Lavalin)
on a $650 million ship building project.
George
Rossi

George
Rossi is a chartered accountant and holds a commerce degree
from Concordia University. As a consultant and corporate
director, Mr. Rossi serves on the boards of several public
and private entities including Student Transportation of America,
the fifth largest provider of school bus transportation in the
United States, Dolan Media, one of the largest publishers of
local business newspapers in the United States, Spectra Premium,
a fuel tank and automotive replacement parts manufacturer and
serves on the investment valuation committee of Investissements
Desjardins. Mr. Rossi was the Senior Vice-President and
Chief Financial Officer of Cinar Corporation from November 2000
to 2002 and as Interim President from 2002 to 2003. Prior to Mr.
Rossi joining Cinar, the Ontario Securities Commission and
certain other provincial securities regulators issued cease trade
orders prohibiting all trading in the securities of Cinar due to
its failure to file current financial statements. This cease
trade order was subsequently revoked in February 2004. Between
1983 and 2000, Mr. Rossi was Vice-President and Chief
Financial Officer of Radiomutuel Inc., a publicly traded media
company. Before 1983, Mr. Rossi was an audit manager with
Ernst & Ernst.

Cécile Ducharme holds a B. Sc. from Sherbrooke
University and a MBA from McGill University. In 1990,
Ms. Ducharme joined Schroders & Associates Canada Inc.
where she is now Vice-President and Partner. Schroders &
Associates is an adviser to three private equity funds dedicated
to buy-outs and development capital of mid-sized Canadian
companies in the areas of general and industrial manufacturing,
distribution, services and retail and its activities are now
focused on the realization of the portfolio of companies. From
1983 to 1986, she was part of the corporate lending group of the
Mercantile Bank of Canada. In 1986, she joined Unigesco Inc., a
public holding company, where she was involved in mergers and
acquisitions, private placements and public offerings. From 1988
to 1990, she was an Assistant Vice-President in the merchant
banking group of Central Capital Corporation where she was
primarily responsible for mezzanine investments.

Donnie
Moore holds a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering
(computer science) from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA in
finance from the University of Houston. Mr. Moore was Senior
Vice-President, Finance and Administration and Chief Financial
Officer for Cognos Incorporated from 1986 until his retirement in
2001. He had responsibilities for financial and administrative
operations worldwide. He has more than 30 years of financial and
administrative expertise in the computing and related industries.
Mr. Moore joined Cognos in 1986, as Vice-President, Finance
and Chief Financial Officer responsible for all financial
operations and facilities. In 1988, administration, logistics,
MIS and human resources were added to his responsibilities. In
1989, he was promoted to Senior Vice-President, Finance and
Administration and also became responsible for legal affairs and
government relations.
Uri
Goldberg

Uri
Goldberg holds a B. Eng in Mechanical Engineering from McGill
University. Mr. Goldberg has been in the construction
industry since 1963. President of Airgo Mechanical for 30 years,
he was a founding shareholder of OFI and has served as director
of OFI since its inception. Mr. Goldberg is currently
President of Urigold Holdings Ltd., a real estate holding and
operating company.
